Our Customer Service Team and RMA Specialists have a checklist of quick troubleshooting steps to quickly resolve issues with the INFERNO BCT TubeTank. Here are those steps:
Make sure that your battery is in good condition, fully charged and clean to assure there is no connectivity issues.
Deactivate & Vape On
When we vape with manual devices, we tend to deactivate our devices (let go of the activation button) at the very same moment we stop vaping. Although in most cases this is completely fine, when using the INFERNO BCT TubeTank, it can result in a lack of vapor production and even e-liquid build up. When we deactivate at the same time that we stop vaping, vapor gets trapped in the air stem.
Activate your device and vape from your INFERNO BCT TubeTank. Deactivate (let go of the activation button) at the same time you stop vaping and immediately remove your drip tip. You should see vapor coming out of your BCT TubeTank.
The vapor trapped in the tank will turn into e-liquid again which can cause e-liquid build up in your tank, lack of vapor production and possibly e-liquid in your mouth. To prevent this, continue vaping at least 1 - 2 seconds after you have let go of your activation button.
To minimize the e-liquid build up in your INFERNO BCT TubeTank, be sure to regularly clean it out by first separating the BCT TubeTank and battery. Blow through the bottom of your INFERNO BCT TubeTank. This will clear up any e-liquid build up that may be in the airway of your INFERNO BCT TubeTank.
