Q: What made you want to become a wholesaler with VOLCANO?

A: Before I became a wholesaler with VOLCANO I was a very satisfied customer.  I smoked cigarettes for 28 years with many attempts to kick the habit all resulting in failure.  It wasn't until I started vaping that I was able to kick the habit immediately.  At this point, I knew I wanted in on this amazing opportunity!

Q: In your personal experience, what's the best way to start as a wholesaler?

A: I started small only stocking products that I was familiar with and a limited amount of flavors.  When business started picking up I started adding more of the VOLCANO products and eliquid flavors and soon enough I was carrying everything VOLCANO offers.  By starting slow with minimal products, it allowed us to stay afloat while getting our new customers used to products that we were already familiar with.  

Q: Was it hard to find success?

A: With the fast growth, I opened up a second location a year after and now have 2 successful locations within West Virginia.  Both locations started off slow but with word of mouth, personal success with the product, great products and equally great customer service, both locations surpassed what I have ever imagined.  

As school teachers, my wife and I started this venture with VOLCANO for a supplemental income not knowing at all was to come.  In less than 2 years after starting we were both able to leave our teaching jobs not only making more money than we were as teachers but also enjoying being our own boss.

Q: In your eyes, what keeps your customers coming back?

A: People like spending their money wisely. So, quality products that perform well and are easy to use, juice that is consistent and high quality, and the great warranty offered by Volcano definitely helps keep business growing.  With most eCig Shops, when you have a product issue you are left needing to buy another.
