   These blanks are definitely refillable. I find the best vapor when I tap the tip of the cartridge or twist it around the atomizer so the cotton-like material falls down to touch the atomizer.
   
   A prior review said that they include plugs which I was disapointed to find mine did not come with, although that person does not speak on behalf of the company.

   I only need less than one Nicotine cartridge a week. But I go through about three zero nicotine carts a day. I use the red carts for Nicotine so I don't accidentally vape on the Nicotine. Great choice for the customer. Great work Volcano! (Posted on 6/8/10)

   These are great blank carts. The new fill that they have inside of them hold a LOT more liquid than the previous blanks. They also come with plugs now so no liquid can leak out of the top. They are definitely worth every penny and can be reused as well, although, just not with different flavors or the taste can linger. (Posted on 3/3/10)
