Volcano- 510 (Posted on 3/12/12) - My favorite at home cart Review by Richard

I love how these things vape. I don't know how they do it, but they are dead silent, and produce a ton of vapor.
My only complaint is that they leak if you store them sideways, even a little when vertical... I don't carry them around with me for this reason, but they are stellar at home (Posted on 3/11/12) - Lifespan? Review by x3spades

What's the lifespan of these approx.? What about the similiar clearomizers? (I'm asking about how long the attys will last themselves, not cracking with the clearomizers)
Volcano- We have the best clearomizers in the market. Each clearomizer should last you about 2 weeks with no issues. (Posted on 2/17/12) - question Review by james

will the magma clearomizers work with my inferno setup?

I wanted to order the new Clearomisers but they are out of stock so I ordered the Cartos instead. The downside is not being able to see how much fluid you are putting in (I use the needle caps on the bottles) or how much fluid is left as you use it up. But other then that they give a great hit, lost of thick vapor. They also seem sturdy which is nice since I broke all my old clearomisers.

volcano- a needle tip (Posted on 12/10/11) - Good with a few definite problems for those on the "go" Review by Charles

Let me start off by saying these are for the most part some of the cleanest tasting cartos I have tried, and work well to deliver a very decent amount of vapor when they aren't acting up.
Sadly though, I don't think I'll be purchasing these again. They seem to be more or less designed for the at home vape, at least to me this is the case. There are some inherent problems with the way they perform when your out and about...
Firstly, these cartos don't come with any filling instructions... so be prepared to find some instruction videos online in regards to filling them.
Secondly, there isn't anything printed on the cartos or packaging that lets one know how much liquid they should hold. I found this to be problematic, as eye-balling the fill the way I usually do with cartos led me to overfilling about half the time. Again, this is also due to lack of instruction...
Even the ones I didn't overfill... they worked properly. But don't expect to put these bad boys in a PCC and cart them around with you. I've already had a couple leak while in my PCC and drop liquid all over my batteries, and inside my PCC. Thankfully everything seems to still be working... for now. The rubber gasket that is suppose to do the job of keeping the liquid in the carto doesn't seem to perform that well.
If I invest in any of the CE2 products again in the future, I'll probably try out the MEGA clearomizers... as these are clear, and really designed to be used at home on an inferno batt with a cone, it would seem.
The wicking system seems to be a smart one, and a step forward in terms of traditional cartos with polyfill or gauze. And they certainly deliver better flavor... but again, I have to stress that they leak more easily than a traditional carto. Especially if you store them upright (like in a PCC, BTW, I tried storing them upright in both ways... mouth end on bottom and batt end on bottom. Kept finding leaks)
Aside from all these issues that have been mentioned, I also shared a similar problem that another reviewer has already commented on... These don't seem to wick up all juices equally. I tested multiple Volcano juices specifcally, as they claim that the product was designed for their juices... and there were obviously some juices that wicked up and tasted better than others. Some juices certainly did give me a burned taste. But I found this problem to be easy to deal with as this is the case with all cartos (and all vaping delivery methods really). Some delivery methods just work better for some flavors... part of vaping life.
I did originally buy these to have something to use while I was cleaning my magma tank-o-mizers weekly, and waiting for them to dry out. I think now I will be buying a second set of tank-o-mizers for use, as these seem to be actually a little more hassle free away from home (oddly enough), or falling back onto my 808 system and it's more traditional cartos. I am totaly new to this new vaping thing. I want to buy this, but I have a few questions first: It is saying in this product description that "The Cartomizer Refill Kit must be used to fill these", my quesation is which refill kit they mean? Is it the Cartomizer Refill Kit with syringe and 5 tops, or Needle Tip Bottle Cap? which one can be used to refill this New Version of MAGMA Re-fillable Cartomizer? Thank you.
Thank you...we will be changing this description....The needle tip is the best for filling (Posted on 11/10/11) - No comparison! Review by James
- So much better than the traditional fiber filled cartos! no burnt taste, very clean vape. The only problem is it is impossible to tell how much fluid is left. can somebody please tell me how much liquid these hold (initial filling)? (Posted on 11/5/11)
- Good but not better than the clearomizers Review by Bruce

I keep buying and trying these because the metal tube is much more robust then the plastic tube on the clearomizers. When screwed on, they are snug and solid and do not crack or leak. The problem is they just do not vape as well as the clearomizers. Good, but not the best.
I don't think it is just me, because the clearomizers always seem to be out of stock whereas these carts are always available. (Posted on 10/20/11)
