From order to delivery was 4 days. Two days were Sat and Sunday. I live in NC and couldnt believe it came so fast.. Tried to order a Blu prior to ordering Volcano. 5 week wait. Glad I cancelled that order and came here.. Customer Service is out of this world. After getting home, opened the package and charged everything. Cleaned the Atomizer and viola, working like a charm !!! EXCELLENT ! ! ! ! :)
