Just got the kit and it was easy to use and the charging of the batteries is soooo easy, started vaping 30 minutes after I opened it and I have not stopped. My brother in-law tried mine and the next day order himself an Inferno and loves it, he to had his doubts about it too. Since then he has placed in another order for tanks carto's and a mamga kit for my sister and a lot of juice and next week im am putting in an order for a lavatube. i have also have a co-worker about to order himself one as well. he plans on buying the express starter kit i told him he will be begging for more. wonderful product volcano very pleased with my purchase!

I quit smoking 3 years ago using snus, ok for a while but i just ended up addicted to oral tobacco. Not good, unless you are INTO horrible breath and being able to literally WATCH your teeth rot. Don't get me wrong, I miss my Frosted just like I missed my hand rolled smokes, but... I got the Volcano and tossed the can of halitosis. The starter kit is awesome, everything worked right out of the box, except the USB cable(who cares, I have 10 to 15 of those, easily). The cartos I got were woefully underfilled and stale and ALMOST turned me off until I ordered some fresh juice and filled my own blank cartos and even better...... <shudder>.... I just received my V kit today! I have had it less than 12 hours but I can say that I am very happy so far. I have been smoking analogs for over 13 years and have had my doubts about e cigs. However, a friend of mine has been using blu e cigs and told me to give it a try. I liked the blu e cig but was not comfortable with its size. I also don't like the fact that a Tobacco company just bought Blu. I have poured enough money into the tobacco industry. That is one thing that I am trying to stray away from. I have tested all chargers to ensure they worked, and they do. I purchased my kit with the tobacco carts and some tobacco pure liquid to refill. At first, I thought it tasted kind of funny. After putting my analogs away for a bit, I began growing fond of the flavor. I don't believe that it tastes like cigarettes at all, but that is a good thing. I plan on quitting the analogs for good and begin learning to enjoy some new flavors. I got back online tonight and ordered some more flavors and more cartridges. I am confident enough in this product to begin planning long term use with it. With an average of 1 to 2 dollars a day, what do you have to lose? I was spending 3.50 a day with analogs. This purchase was my first experience with e-cigs, and they got me hooked immediately. However, I would only recommend this specific package if you want all the included peripherals.

The only 3 parts you NEED are:

- the battery, called the V-Battery under Accessories -> VOLCANO Accessories

- cartomizers, which are under Cartomizers -> VOLCANO Cartomizers

- some charging device, under Accessories -> VOLCANO Accessories (I only use the USB charger)

The cartomizers are fully reusable and you can put any juice (found under Liquid) in them you like. So PICK THE COLOR YOU WANT, NOT THE FLAVOR. Buying juice to put in cartomizers you already have is much cheaper than buying cartomizers every time you run out.

Either way, I'd recommend the Volcano :)
I use it every day and love it, no smell, bad breath, anything negative, etc. You taste the flavor when you smoke, but there's very little aftertaste and no effect on your breath. (Posted on 4/4/12)

I was only an occasional smoker, but I hated how it made my hair and clothes smell. Plus, I was worried about all the carcinogens of regular cigarettes. This is the best purchase I have ever made. Now I can smoke inside, it tastes great, and so much healthier. I used to smoke clove cigarettes for the flavor, but the throat hit is harsh. This is so smooth and so much tastier. I would say it is closer to taking a bong hit than smoking a normal cigarette. And, after my starter kit, I threw out all my old cigarettes cause I knew I would NEVER go back. I am insanely happy that I bought the starter kit. It has helped my cut down on smoking real cigarettes a lot. I love the flavors! It doesn't make my clothes/hair/breath smell bad. Everything is quality built but the V-Pack doesn't charge the batteries. Probably just got a defective unit. Other then that though this is by far the best mini on the market. I am really proud of myself and if I can do it anyone can. I love the black kit best now. I seem to have better luck with purple led ones for some reason. Volcano- you can always use a Magma battery with the cartomizers. You cant charge a magma batterin a v-pack or a volcano USB. You must buy a Magma USB or m-pack to use the Magma Battery. (Posted on 9/8/11)

I just got mine last week and I love it. I ordered the tabaco, milk chocolate and kona coffee to go with it. The coffee is my favorite, but the other two are also great. I would recommend ordering one or two extra batteries with it. I don't see myself going back to regular cigarettes ever again with this. I just ordered a few more flavors and two extra batteries. The kit is packaged nicely. The e-cigs size is between a regular and 100. The PCC is a great place to keep your carts and spare battery, don't forget that it charges the batteries too. the batteries seam well made and i get approximately 2 hours out of a charge.(your use may vary) For the type, size, and kind of e-cig it is it has a nice vapor cloud.(many try and compare it to larger models like the 510 and inferno. It was not to compete with those models, but to complement them) The volcano is its own e-cig with many features not found in other e-cigs at higher prices. The volcano is a great e-cig for a smoker looking to cut down on analogs. The volcano does have a place in the market. The PCC is the size of a pack of analogs and has a spot for a complete e-cig to fit inside fully assembled. In black or white you can't go wrong. I have both. (Posted on 8/4/11)

I slipped away and went back to the nasty cigs. I lost my dad and anyway didn't do good for while. Now dealing with a dementia mother but I am doing good! I have shocked myself. I have seen to have extra v- packs too is good. You can charge 2 at a time and take 2 packs with you on the road. So it cost me some money but well worth it. I have had a few bad batteries but the service is awesome and they do replace. I have just worked hard to stay on these. Mornings were tough and still are for some reason but I get past it. I got my Volcano starter kit Deluxe today! This is my second ecig kit, I have also purchased the Blu starter kit and there is a huge difference between the two. I tried the Blu for two weeks and was very dissatisfied with this ecig. I have tried to **** smoking at least 10 times in the past 5 years and failed.After smoking for more than 30 years I can say now analog cigs are over for me.My sister quit a year ago and has used e-cigs.I tried store bought disposables and a kit that charged but she told me about volcano.My deluxe kit came in the 2 days as promised and I was able to use it right away. It was awsome! I love the flavors and the charging box is great and charges so fast.I also love the options of different chargers but the battery charge is very short and the cartridges don't last more than a couple of hours. Having two batteries is a plus but I am going to order the magnum next time I get paid.It sounds like that will work better for me.Thank you so much for making analogs and the smelly hair and clothes a thing of the past for me. My new grandson will not have to deal withany of that. Even my dog who hated smoke loves it! Truth is I haven't ****** in 4 years but recently I have an enormous emotional toll that had me dreaming about ******.... sometimes I could swear when I woke up that I could taste the cigarette still. But I didn't really want to start the nasty habit again at all, then I heard about ecigs and started to research them, I thought I might as well give it a try. If I didn't like it I knew a few ****** who I could give it to. I LOVE IT!!!!!! Bye bye smoker's hack! Review by Coletta

Although there is a bit of a learning curve to vaping, I am so glad I stuck with it!! I had an annoying recurrent smoker's hack and had tried giving up analogs time and time again.
I've been analog free for 2 weeks and having fewer cravings and the cough is gone! I know when the urge does arise I can use my e-cig to satisfy the craving. I think vaping is closer to enjoying a good cigar rather than the urgent gratification an analog provides. I find the Volcano to be more satisfying. The taste is great, no bad smell and no dirty ashes! I love being smoke free! I can duck into the bathroom at work and enjoy a few hits of my e-cig rather than scurrying outside like a pariah.
I had a hard time at first getting a good hit off the Volcano, either I would pull too hard and end up woozy or not pull hard enough and just get a little puff. It's not exactly like smoking analog, and to me, that is part of the charm. I am so glad I stuck with my Volcano and truly feel I can be analog free for the first time in a long time. Just got this to replace the Xhale 02's that I started vaping. Have tried the Safe Cig, and did not like it. The Xhale, I actually did like, but the atomizers were hit and miss, and they only had 2 flavors with nicotinel...I liked it for the fact that I could get carts at 7-11.
Decided to try the Volcano just because....and no other reason. Ordered, and in 2 days I had the ecigs (on time). Though I wonder why Fed Ex had to ship from Hawaii, to Los Angeles, to Memphis back to Los Angeles again.....the wonders of Fed Ex.
First impression, not too good, but I knew I had to let the atomizer break in. Now here we are about 6 hours later, and I am enjoying the Volcano quite a lot. And the atomizer is still not completely broken in. Can't wait for next week.
As for the juice, the regular tobacco is fairly decent, the vanilla bean is ok, but I really enjoy the Kona Coffee. There is nothing bad about any of the flavors, but the coffee just stood out.
I find myself having to cover the holes near the atomizer to get a good drag on the ecig, I like a little resistance, as I pack my analogs fairly tight.
Bottom line...excellent product for the noob like me, or for a traveling kit. I will probably be investing in the Inferno next as I am impressed by this. (Posted on 1/28/11)

This a great product that, i hope is around for many years to come.
A few days ago I ran out of e-juice and had to revert back to analogs for a day or two. T he funny thing is, I found myself actually craving the vape! The analogs tasted like crapola. I had to have my wife run down the street and pay a rediculously inflated price for a knock-brand of pre-filled carts.
I decided to try this product, not because I wanted to quit analogs but because I wanted to extend my years and, I believe, this will help me do just that. It has all of the things that I enjoy about analogs without having most of things I don't want out of the activity.

Ok this kit is amazing...Been getting this volcano hitting good.It takes a little practice.Im not sure why there is revues on this not working right.I have smoked cigs for over 17 years.Marb lights..Now i ordered a mix of carts..I have to say,my volcano is working perfect...i have tryed 8mg carts and i get the same nicotine as a marb light ,but smoother...so use to tasting that filter on a real cig..errr i wont be going back to that..If you want a great e cig ,this is it.If your worried about smoke and vap coming off a volcano...This things smokes real nice,you just have to be a little patient and get the tecnique down and when you do,,you will love this.Ill say this take your time and drag this nice and smooth hit and you will get more than enough vap on a cart..same as a drip cap i tryed on this,amazing when u get it figured out.Far as tasting liquid,i have ,that is because your not hitting it correctly,and the fluid taste like awful..After i figured this out ,no liquid in mouth ,huge vapor and nice smoking volcano.."I love this cig"lol.This kit is fabulous,nicely made,,,great quality,,and you will love it..The best alternitive to a real cig...yoou will find your flavor here..thanks volcano 5 out of 5 stars here... I started with the V-kit deluxe.... Well, it did not quite do it for me. I found myself unsatisfied and reaching for a real cigarette whenever I could bum one. I then got the INFERNO. It is a much better product. I have not touched a analog cigarette since Halloween when I got the SHINY RED Inferno.

After trying multiple e-cigs, I had given up on them and starting accepting the idea of consuming tar and smoke for the rest of my life. Until my father told me about Volcano smokes and let me try his for a week. I was instantly hooked, it satisfies EVERYTHING I love about smoking and has none of the things that made me feel bad or guilty about it. Can I say that I am now a non-smoker? D@mn right I can, I will never inhale smoke or tar again, I will no longer having a lingering stench, or a yellow tar stain on my teeth. I know the company cannot legally say this, but the Volcano allowed me to q*** S****** immediately after trying it. I've had it for 9 days now and haven't touched a c******** since the minute I got it. I was smoking a pack a day for the past 3-4 years without fail and I didn't have one s****** of withdrawal or desire to pick up a cigarette after putting my last cigarette down. The battery isn't bad in my opinion. With two batteries and the charging pack I haven't yet run out of a charge throughout the day. The flavor is fantastic too, especially the menthol and the vanilla. The only one I don't really have a taste for so far is the tobacco flavor, but I was a menthol smoker so that's probably why. The very day I got my kit in the mail my sense of smell and taste returned like I haven't had in years. I was amazed at how put off I was by the smell of smoke and smokers. I was a little disgusted that I smelled like that for so long but was relieved that it was finally over!

I let the smokers in my friends and family try it and they're all convinced this is how they want to quit too. My sister and her boyfriend ordered this kit and my best friend ordered the Magma and I'm confident it will work for them too. I plan to buy a kit for each of my remaining smoking family members for Christmas. In my opinion, there's no better gift for my loved ones this coming holiday season!

If you're a light or "casual" smoker this kit will work great for you... Don't be frustrated the 1st week or so as you "learn" to use it.. you'll get it down right! I would reccomend you get an extra bottle of liquid to refill your carts. I had smoked a pack a day for a sick amount of years before I stumbled on the whole ecig idea... think about it... smoking isn't just an addiction to the nicotine itself, it's also about the oral fixation and having something to do with your hands. If you're a heavier pack-a-day or more smoker pony up the extra $10 bucks the Magma IS WORTH IT! The only things I like more about the Volcano over The Magma is the small size & the fully assembled unit fits in the PCC.

If you are reading this review then there is only one thing you need to know, order the magma kit. It is $10 more, but you will be much happier with your purchase. If you smoke enough to even be looking at e-cigs then you want a 510 model which the magma is. It gives a greater throat hit, and vapor production, also it is not advertised but if you spend $100.00 you get free two day shipping. I personally recommend purchasing a manual battery, a drip tip, and a bottle of e-liquid with the kit. (you will not be disappointed) If you are going to smoke an e-cig then you need to get into dripping as soon as possible. I own both kits, and if you can afford it then I would purchase the volcano and the magma. I like the volcano kits when I am simply going to the bars, but smoke the magma when I am at home.

I was pack a day smoker when I initially switched to e-cigs. I purchased a blu and envy kit The blu kit crapped out on me with in a week, and the envy battery went bad in three days. As a smoker I don't really want to wait a week on my nicotine fix, so dealing with customer service is not even an option to me. The product I purchase I expect to work, which the volcano brand has without fail.

At this point I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The only thing I would recommend is that the VOLCANO begins to print warnings on there chargers packs. Something along the lines of "this is not a healthier alternatives to cigs", or "this product contains nicotine", basically some type of warning to be able to get a step ahead of the FDA. So, this is not my first ecig... my first was sold to me by a company called "cigotine," and for a while I was put off by their product and stayed away from the whole ecig scene. The pack I got was $110 bucks or more and had two packs of five carts, one battery, and charging stuff.. thats it... I had bought it because of the wait i experienced with Blu, and then their canceling of my order... anyway.. I just got my volcano in, and I couldn't be happier.. What a good Ecig!

The throat hit is definitely not like that of a Newport, but more like a medium analog cigarette.. Either way its a very nice hit considering my cigotine basically made your throat tickle and made you caugh...

The flavors: AMAZING!!! I have menthol, cherry, watermelon, and pineapple... all of them are incredible..

Durability is extremely good on both the pack and the unit...

All together, I'm extremely happy with this company AND their customer service, as they didn't make me wait on an email or a call..

Just wanted to write a note to say thank you, thank you, thank you to the manufacturers of Volcano e cigs.

I quit smoking over a year ago and have been trying to get my mom and sister to quit since. My aunt was diagnosed with COPD some years ago and continued to smoke. She now has terminal cancer of the esophagus and is not expected to live through the end of the year.

I bought the V-Kit Deluxe for my mom a few weeks ago. She was a pack and a half a day Marlboro smoker for 40 years and has COMPLETELY given up analog cigarettes since starting the Volcano e-cig. I bought her the full-flavored tobacco cartridges and she says she doesn't even miss smoking a real cigarette. In fact, she says she tried one a few days after she started e-cigs and put it out because it stunk! She says her morning cough is gone and she feels like she can get a deep breath again.

I have been very worried about her because she has been getting bronchitis several times a year and dealing with other chronic respiratory problems, an early warning sign of COPD.

It's a miracle! Thank you so much for helping me save my mother's life.

I wish I had known about e-cigs when I first quit. I did it cold turkey and tortured myself (and those around me) for months. If I'd had an e-cig, it would have made quitting SO much easier.

Dont even bouther with this kit,go right to the MAGMA. If your some one who:s looking for that after supper smoke like with a real cig, dont wast your money on the VOLCANO. I did and after spending money on a battery that gets hot and wont shut off,and a burnt out atomizer on the second battery I went with the MAGMA and WOW what a diferance, more vapor than you can handle,get the MAGMA manual batterys with the button that you push, its the way to go.Also,I noticed that this companys web site will pull items when out of stock off there website,in my opionion this can be very confussiing to some one thats trying to figure it all out,they should leave all there products avalible for viewing even if there out of stock, All & all, this is a great product and highly recommend. I have had the v-kit now for a few days longer now. It is better then some other product I wasted money on. Volcano has a better atomizer for one and you do get good vapor but the battery life is short and you charge allot. The magma is the best like I said for longer battery. Yes get extra atomizers and extra battery. Nice to have back up. I was a 6 pack week person and I have gone down to 3 pack a week so far. I do the break away slow b/c of stress in my life and need to take most everything slow. So don't stress and go easy on yourself and don't beat yourself up if you do smoke a reg. one. I have the magma and I feel it is the top and has helped me the best on cutting back. The vapor hits are unreal. I got the V kit just yesterday because I like the white better for a woman. I love the blue led light but it doesn't hold a candle to the magma on battery life or vapor hits. I will keep you posted on how it goes as I have it. If your a light smoker it might be fine but you really get flavor with the magma. I am hoping the magma goes white or pink! Something for us ladies to look a little more feminine. Having the other can give me extra back up battery if I need it so it works good to have both. I know it gets costly but once you have all you need your set. I do say magma is best!!! 1st.) some back round: I have been smoking for about 16 years (menthol lights 100's) and I must admit I LOVE smoking, I hate the smell 7 bad effects but truly enjoy it and the taste. I knew I had to do something but I have never been able to go w/out a cigy not even for 1day, the most I went was 2 weeks b/c I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL (for asthma) & COULD NOT! as soon as I got out I went right back.
2nd.)My situation: For me having a cig that looks(in size) & feels like a real cigy is important so I ordered this VKit Deluxe, I picked Volcanoe b/c I literally could not find 1bad review or thing said about them or their customer service ( I tried ).
3rd.)Delivery: delivery was super fast, i ordered Friday & it arrived Tuesday, actually it arrived in my town on Monday but fedex wouldn't deliver till the next day. My package was nice looking & in great condition. I will now note that the same day I ordered this kit i also ordered the sidesho from Modern VaporM401(improved), I ordered that one as well because I wanted something also the size of a 100analog & hat had a feminine appeal, ModernVapor offered an array of colors & designs plus I also couldn't find 1bad thing about them or their customer service. I got My ModernVapor kit technically 1day b/f my Volcanoe b/c like I said fedex had my Vkit but didn't deliver that day.
4.)Comparison: Neeless to say I LOVED my 401, great looking & good taste, normal vape-no more or less than an analog, flavor was very light on the menthol flav but nothing a few drops of eqliuid cant make perfect. (most menthol prefilled carts are too light for menthol smokers) THE 1ST DAY WAS TOUCH & GO BUT I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN UNTIL THE ATTY WAS BROKEN IN, THE 2ND DAY IT WAS FINE. The 2nd day was also when I got my Vkit, as mentioned great look, the ecig is the size of a regular analog. Now the VKIT comes with more things- Meaning you get 5carts of ur flavor choice, Modernvapor only gives 2, the Vkit gives you a usb device charger, with ModernV you have to buy it if u want it, both come with the wall charger and usb wire to charge the Pcc charger which both kits bring BUT their is a main difference in that the PCC charger you get from MV is not the smartPCC(you have to buy that if u want it), The Vkit comes with the smart PCC. Both kits come with 2 batteries Modern Vapor kit comes w/2attys and the Vkit only with one. Now when I saw the the atty on the Volc. I was chocked at the size of this thing, its way bigger than the Sidesho atty! As soon as I tried the Volc ecig I got a huge amount of vapor and the flavor was very strong, throat hit very strong! This thing was working out the box w/out even needing to break it in, so imagine once it is broken in! Now I did not think the Volc. would be as good as the Sidesho but to my surprise it is just as good. Now which is better? Thats a matter of preference, Like I said the atty on the volc is a monster but the cart on the sidesho is bigger than the volc cart, but just b/c the atty on the volc is a monster doesn't mean the sidesho's isnt good, it is great! But the Volc's atty is larger I must say. I love them both & am happy with both. You can not go wrong with either one. Of course the longer the ecig the longer the battery and the MV has is the size of a 100 analog, but both are great and with these it boils down to personal preference, you can't say the sidesho is "better" as I have heard b/c that is not really true they are both great just one has a bit longer battery life, and it comes down to what you want with your kit and if you care about color and design options!

NOW I HAVE BEEN SMOKING ANALOGS BUT NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT I WAS, B/F I WAS A PACK & A HALF SMOKER AND SOMETIMES MORE NOW I AM DOWN TO ABOUT 3 TO 4 ANALOGS THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND THATS B/C I NEED A STRONGER MENTHOL AND PROBABLY NICOTINE LEVEL, I'M SURE THAT ONCE I GET MY ELIQUID IN A STRONGER LEVEL I WILL BE SMOKING 2 OR MABEY NO ANALOGS! BUT FROM 1 AND A HALF PLUS PACKS TO 3 TO 4 ANALOGS FOR ME IS A MIRACLE!! THATS THE LAST THING I RECOMMEND THAT IS A MUST! IF YOU ARE A NEWPORT SMOKER OR MENTHOL SMOKER YOU MUST GET ELQUID TO MAKE IT STRONG EMOUGH TO SATIATE THAT CRAVING! I WAS A MENTHOL LIGHTS SMOKER AND IT WAS TOO LIGHT FOR ME SO A NEWPORT OR MEDIUM MENTHOL SMOKER WILL DEF, FIND IT WAY TOO LIGHT. I've been using a Blu for about nine months now, and have been happy with it. But today I was on an ecig forum, and saw many reviews for the Volcano (as well as people saying the parts are interchangeable) and decided to check out this site. You have better prices than Blu, MUCH better reviews, and better yet, I don't have to completely ditch my Blu to try something else. I do like my Blu, but I think Blu has just received my last order. I just received my volcano deluxe kit yesterday. I am really pleased with everything. I ordered it 2 day shipping because I live on the Northeastern seaboard so I knew ground would take a while, but I am glad I did. A word of advice for anybody that does decide to purchase this item when you receive don't do like I did tear it open and start vaping away. There is charge in the batteries enough to try it out, but don't expect to start vaping instead of smoking from the moment you get the package. Let everything charge overnight.
As far as why I recommend this company over others. I did my research very well and I couldn't find one bad comment on any of their products or service. This company sells nice products and their prompt and kind service means these people are in this for the long haul. I got my Volcano V-Kit Deluxe 2 days ago. The first day I smoked and used the V-Cig. Not that I need to smoke at all, but I just did. Today I have not had a Cig at all. The V-Cig really makes it easy to not even think about a real Cig. No cravings at all. The vapor from the Tobacco cartridges is light but you get the nicotine that will stop your cravings for a real cig. Now you have to under stand that I have smoked Marlboro Red's for 32 years. So when I can go from smoking 1.5 packs a day to 0 packs in 2 days that says a lot. Overall I give the V-Cig's a 9.75 out of 10. If they had a little more Vapor then they would get a 10. I must say that I and totally impressed with Volcano ecigs. I ordered this kit on a Sunday and received it by Thursday and love the product. Everything works great and I enjoy it so much. I then ordered a second kit for my husband the following Monday and received that one by Saturday. The atomizer was on back order so it didn't ship til Wednesday but it was shipped out exactly when they said it would be and i got it in no time. I am so happy with this company and have referred a number of people and will continue to do business with them. I ordered a BLU battery just to test if the bad reviews i read were true and they were. I ordered the battery the Monday i ordered the second kit from Volcano and I still have yet to see the BLU product. I called them and was told it was out of stock when it showed online it was in stock. It still has yet to ship and i will never to business with them again. Overall the volcano is a really nice vape, i've used several other brands and this one really does pull easier with nice big hits.

The wall charger makes a funny noise if i don't plug it into the wall ready to go with the vpack hooked up or the usb with a battery in it. No big deal kinda trips me out though.

To be honest the led lights confuse me cuz they blink and turn off and on periodically like they are just thinking or takin a break or something i don't know.

The vpack is really nice for being on the go and all that.

The packaging i received it in was half-assed and smushed and torn but everything was in working conditions and 5 days from HI to ID ain't bad.

I give volcano 5/5 because any product you purchase realistically is going to come with a couple hassles and they seem to have kept them to a minimal. Just wish the batteries lasted longer haha i use mine alot. (Posted on 1/16/10)

1st time ecig user and I have to say that as a pack plus a day smoker this is the read deal. I have been smoking for 25-years and have tried numerous times to quit. I was researching ecigs and came across Blu. Sounded great but many reviews of the Blu stated horrid customer service. Did some more research and found Volcano.

Wow! Great customer service and I mean great! You won't find a better bunch anywhere! The Volcano ecig work just as described and the flavors are tasty... I now only smoke about 2 regular cigs a day the use the Volcano the rest of the time. Going from about 30 regular cigs a day to about 2 is awesome for me. I am sure as I use the Volcano more I will cut regular cigs completely out.

I had researched e-cigs for about 3 weeks before purchasing my volcano. I (like everyone else out there) was looking into getting a blu ecig but really didn't feel like waiting a month and a half for my order to reach my house. I stumbled across this product by looking up ecig reviews on youtube and I figured that I would check it out. I ordered mine and got it in western NC in 5 days. It was kind of a let down at first when I got my kit because I had ordered 2 extra attys and one didn't work, the other barely worked and the one that came with the kit was ok. I thought the product was horrible and wanted to send it back. I wrote the service office about it and even though the atomizers weren't technically under warranty they sent me 2 more attys for free without even asking me to send the old ones back AND they even through in a free box of carts for the trouble. I got the new atomizers and the thing is amazing. I guess the ones that I have were just faulty because now the thing works like nobody's business!!! I will say as a tip that I have personally seen on mine Idk if it could be just mine or what but if you look on the atomizer it has 2 holes for air flow on it and the battery has four little indentions or windows cut out for air flow. Well I found that on mine if you don't carefully screw it on and have the 2 holes match 2 of the 4 windows the vapor prodution isn't as good. And mine also works better if it isn't screwed in uber tight. But right now I am extremely happy with the product and even more-so the costumer service. After waiting for my blu to ship(waited about 5 weeks) and still my order status had not changed.

I got tired and canceled my order and decided to buy this kit.

I have had it for only 2 days and it really does cure the cravings for nicotine, i can feel it.

The flavors are great. However i cant speak on which is my favorite, they all taste really good. I have full flavor at the moment.

Flavors i got- Tobacco, Menthol, Vanilla, Cherry & Pineapple.

Also ordered 2 additional atomizers incase my first one dies out quickly.. and i would be out of an atomizer til i recieved my next one.

If you do order this kit, i suggest ordering atleast 1 spare atomizer, and to mention they are not under warranty. You could likely use your points for purchasing this kit for a discount on the atomizer.

My order was packaged nicely, my 2 spare atomizers were bubble wrapped together and in a seperate package.

Everything i recieved is in working condition.

Shipping was fast too.

Ok well after going through a bunch of trouble trying to get a blu. I just gave up...It had been 5 weeks of waiting for some kind of change to my status. Never came...stumbled on to these. Cancelled my order right away. I looks like these guys found out where blu's where being made. Made their own and offer top notch customer service. I have heard all good things about the customer service and definitely agree with everything I have heard. Done a bunch of research...this product might now vape the best out of everyone there is...but that should be expect from a super-mini e cig. The presentation and bundle of stuff that comes with it is worth every penny though. A portable charger....definitely the one thing that seperates you from everyone else. Like I said...volcano's are the way to go. After I placed my order I had received my shipping notice literally with in 4 mins. of placing my order. I have been researching these products on the internet and have been somewhat skeptical of some of the rave reviews. I ordered the Deluxe Kit, and so far I am very impressed. It is actually a well made, quality product. Both smokers and non-smokers are very intrigued by the packaging and "gadgetry" of the whole concept. I am also finding the vaping experience quite enjoyable and satisfying. My biggest surprise was how much I enjoy the flavors.(Especially Pineapple!) Well, I have to say I'm impressed. It started off a little slow, and light, but after a day of using it, I love it.

I managed to find a discount coupon for this set and with the money i saved I bought two extra attys (atomizers.) Turst me you will need them, not only they come handy to swich flavors without mixing them or cleaning the atty but also if your atty fails you will have spares to prevent you from going back to analog (yuck.)
Shipment is fast, event thought USPS is slow to update their traking numbers. My package was still showing as being in Hawaii by the time it arrived in my door (TX)

I am new to vaping, but after purchasing this kit, I'm sold! Everything I need is all here and for me being a heavy smoker (1-1.5 packs a day) the extra battery is very handy. I use the menthol flavor and I'm quite impressed, not to mention I can vape in a lot of bars now (all of which have moved to non smoking in my state) and I no longer smell like smoke! I no longer have to spray myself with cologne and rip through tic tacs at work. The sensation is so close to smoking an analog that I almost flicked my e-cig out my car window! First off, I was quite suprised how fast I got my Kit. I got it in 2 days!! When i open my package, it was a beautiful site to see! The V-Pack (usually named an epack) was really cool looking. I had it charged over night. I used it the next day and it worked really well. I had great throat hits and the ecig felt like I was smoking the real deal!. I was smoking a pack and a half a day. now i am smoking maybe 2 cigarettes a day. I think its because I have not thrown away my real cigarettes. I really think I can quit and my lungs feel better!

Thanks for the awesome V-Cig. You should call it a V-CIG because it is in a class all in it's own! I got the White Box, and it almost feels like an IPOD in my pocket. Can you add an MP3 player to this thing? I switched from another major ECIG company. I think your product looks amazing and works very well. I like it because it is the same size as a real cigarette and it lights up red. I like the white cigarette because it makes me think I am smoking a real cigarette. I was previously using a DSE 801 pen style and the hit on it is amazing, just the unit itself looks awkward to be smoking a pen. Went after Blu Cigs and the wait time is leaving something to be desired. Found VolcanoCigs using the same L88 model and had the deluxe kit shipped next day.
I've read up on all the little tricks to get more vapor out of these models, twisting the cap and removing the foil off the atomizer, ect. Even using these little "tricks" it would still only last maybe a good 4 puffs per cartridge. I went through about 6 carts before I realized a really light slow draw is what you need to get some vapor flowing. Produces a hit almost as good as the DSE 801 using it like this. With the DSE you could just drag as hard as you wanted and get a huge hit either pulling light or hard. This unit does take some adjusting, but when you do it works perfectly.
Suggest getting extra atomizers to keep handy and look to dripping techniques though to get the most out of the unit. (Posted on 10/13/09)

Well I had my doubts when I opened it up but the volcano system has exceeded my expectations and I am extremely impressed with the way it performs. The v pack worked perfect for charging batteries between breaks at work today. The vapor it produces is much better than the other e cigs I have tried. The flavored cartridges are great. You guys have the absolute best menthol I have tried so far. The tobacco is good and the pineapple punch is a treat in itself.

I received my Deluxe kit yesterday. I am very impressed with the entire kit and with the e-cigarette. Shipping was super fast! Got my kit in only 2 days!

The e-cigarette does take getting use to. I ordered the full flavor cartridges. They are strong for me but my husband loves them. The hit on this unit is just like a cigarette.

If you follow the instructions posted on this website as to how to use the Volcano e- cigarettes you will have no problem getting satisfaction from every hit. One cartridge lasts a long time. (I am sure this depends on how you puff them). I have used one cartridge so far and would say that one cartridge is equal to 1/2 pack of cigarettes.

This is a wonderful alternative to smoking and every smoker should have one!

I did a lot of reasearch before buying and this is by far a great deal for all that you get. When you compare them to a carton of cigarettes or other brands of the e-cigarettes ... what a bargain.

I will be ordering more flavored cartridges this week and a weaker strength.
My husband and daughter want one now so I will also be purchasing two more units! They are that AWESOME!

Once these things catch on (especially with the 21 - 35 year age group) the tobacco industry may be forced to make some changes. Finally there is a safe alternative to smoking! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

This is the best thing I have purchased in a long time. The shipping was super fast and customer service is amazing.

My husband WAS smoking 3 packs a day, but the first day he used this he was down to 1/2 a pack! I am only smoking 2 or three a day and should be down to zero very soon.
