Retail Store Manager - Multiple

Job Description:

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. This includes developing the work schedule, overseeing compliance with company policies, ensuring that the store meets sales and profitability goals and managing the staff effectively. A successful Store Manager will have experience with mentoring employees, and be results driven. Your ultimate goal is enhancing customer satisfaction through superior customer service and sales.

Primary Responsibility:

• Developing business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service • Complete store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures • Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards • Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. • Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share • Conducting personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and building career paths • Dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) • Being a shining example of professional behavior and high performance • Developing schedules for the assigned department(s) and monitoring payroll on a daily basis to ensure payroll plans are met • Managing the sales performance of the assigned department(s) to meet sales and margin goals; planning and scheduling associates to complete non-selling activities as needed • Upholding Volcano E-Cigs standards for merchandise presentation • Lead consistent evaluation and development of in-store talent • Issuing appropriate counseling and disciplinary action to associates who fail to meet our performance standards • Driving results through compliance to all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures

Skills Required:

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager • Powerful leading skills and business orientation • Customer management skills • Strong organizational skills • Understanding of financial and customer service principles and practices • Proficient user of MS Office • Analytical mind with good math skills • Interpersonal and communication skills • Problem-solving • World-class customer service skill and interpersonal/communication skills • Ability to developing talent • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills • Attention to detail • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
