I got a syringe and bottle adapter from CVS back by the pharmacy. if you put the bottle adapter on the syringe, you can squeeze a DT in there and attach a clearo directly to it to powerflush. works really well.

Thanks for the info, but what is a DT?

On the other hand, I found this syringe , is it gonna work?

I just googled it, and I came up with this pic Image

so my question now is, will this product work with my magma carto when cleaning them?
http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/walgreens-oral-syringe/ID=prod6001629-product

btw, how often I should clean the cartomizer? and is it different with the clearomizer? I mean, If I am cleaning the carto once a week, should I clean the clearomizer in the same period, or what? Is there any precautions I should aware of during the cleaning or usage process?

thanks

that's exactly what I have.

I just put the drip tip directly into the bottle adapter and then attach the drip tip to the magma carto and flush the hot water through it a few times.

some juices may require you to clean more often. darker juices tend to gunk up coils faster and require more frequent cleaning whereas you can get more time out of clearos before a cleaning using lighter juices. you'll definitely be able to tell when it needs to be cleaned because it just won't taste "right." you can clean clearos and cartos in the same fashion, but I would recommend taking the plastic housing off of the clearomizer when dry burning to avoid warping it. it can be removed and replaced quite easily. the metal housing of the carto will be able to withstand the heat with no problems.

That setup works great! Watch it as you power flush as I have had the clearo shoot off, so watch the pressure and maybe hold onto the clearo. I have had to stick my hand down the disposal a couple times.

Hehe...just an FYI...when power flushing....you really dont need ALOT of pressure.....all you are wanting to do is just have the fluid move around the coil. Slow and easy is just fine when PW.... ;)

If I do not intend to fill the clearo right after cleaning (usually rotate 2 packs of 5 a week) are there any issues leaving over night to dry with the little bit of moisture in them (seals off of course)?

I am leery of trying to remove the plastic sleeve as enough of them crack on there own anyways.

no thats fine, I tend to do it that way after the first cleaning. only time I dry burn my stuff is if the coils are really gummed up and need to have them burn the crud off.

i have been using a wrap of crystal clear scotch tape (not the cloudy kind) around the bottom part of the clearos before i even fill it and have had no problems with cracking along the base. works great and its a really simple fast mod.

Well I may be a n00b, But these are great. Took me a couple days and 2 clear-o's to get it figured out.

I kept having issues with tasting primer. Dry burned them, and it works great.

Thanks Jeff. ( Jaglepuff )
