As with any growing business, we're constantly fighting an uphill battle to scale our operations with the pace of our ever expanding customer base. Today we performed a mail server upgrade that unfortunately queued a long list of emails to customers erroneously. Most of these emails are for tickets that were submitted to our ticket system and are issues that have already been addressed by our customer service team.

If you recieved an email from us in regards to one of these erroneous tickets, we apologize and ask that you disregard the notification. We'll be working on straightening out this glitch and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We thank you for your understaning and appreciate your support while we work to remedy this issue.
