For some reason, even though I charge the pack, it continuously says two bars.... what the hell lol

That is strange, have you called CS or the store that you purchased it from?

I had one do that to me before. I drained the pack by charging a couple batts and then turned the flashlight on it on and left it over night till the pack was drained then fully recharged it and it then showed full bars.

You may want to try doing that and see if it fixes it. If it does not please contact our CS department and they will get it replaced for you.

I am going to charge it for now because it says 3 bars going on four so maybe it will work this time if not ill try draining it like you said.

There is really no way of knowing without testing with multimeters to see if it is charging...

My problem with the M-pack appears opposite than others: Mine continuously reads 4 bars and I've plugged it in only once since I got it August (it's now late October). I can charge batteries throug the M-Pack, but only when it is plugged in. I've been living off the USB option, and consequently just ordered two more batteries so I can have a stock of power when I'm away from the computer. Love the concept, but disappointed in the execution.

please contact CS about this. They will get you a replacement. The PCC is covered under a 1 yr warranty.
