Recently (I'm talking about the last month-2months) I've ordered a starter kit for the inferno, a case, multiple bottles of juice, cartridges, maybe some other stuff I can't remember at the moment (I cannot login to my store account right now) and the last time I logged it, I only had somewhere around 3 or 5 points and I think those were from before these orders. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved?

Are yu sure you were logged into your account when you placed the orders?

Did you use a discount code or use points when you placed those orders? If you did you will not earn points for that order. You can only earn points OR use points/discount.

You will need to contact CS via this link: http://www.volcanoecigs.com/contacts to get the points issue looked at and handled.
