TNX - Product terms and descriptions

Postby skyconcert » Tue Feb 07, 2012 4:15 pm

Perfect resource for a new vaper couple (in their 60's !). Cleared up several questions, particularly about capacity of cartos. Well done AB and everyone. Joining this community is a big deal for us. I've done analogs for 44 years until 1 PM on January 29, 2012. Enough said. Volcano Vapor Cafe in Olympia, Washington rocks.

Thanks AB for the note. With regard to battery descriptions - can you clarify what " unplugged" means. Constant vaping use? Just lying there on the table? I'm a techie but I believe that needs to be specific. Anyway, thanks for the great videos. Interestingly, can you also suggest sources for getting usable syringes for filling cartos? That may be a delicate PR issue, but any assist would be helpful, including "what to ask for" when you go to the pharmacy. The SHADOW video didn't go there. Best regards. Can I send you a box of Washington State apples?

The "unplugged" term in the USB Inferno battery, refers to hours of use, before needing to be charged. The USB battery can also be used when plugged it so as long as it is plugged in to a power source it will never run down.

The batteries dont really lose a charge if not in use. At least not at a rate that is measurable in hours.

Luer lock syringes are best and a blunt needle ( I dont like to suggest sharp needles.... ever) I believe most people use 22g needles for filling or you can use the catheters that come with the cartos.

As much as I appreciate the offer, I can not have acidic foods. But that you for the offer.

This was extremely helpful, I am pretty new and I was on the forum reading things and people have all this terminology and I felt so lost. I was about to create a thread asking someone to create an ecig dictionary for me and then I found "The Volcano Dictionary" thread. And then I found this thread. I'm gonna have to bookmark it so I can refer to it regularly. Thank you for having this available.

I read the manual that came with my Magma kit and watched every video tutorial so I thought I knew what was going on. Then I got on the forums and was overwhelmed with attys, cartos, and throat hits so I wasn't sure we were even talking about the same products.
Anyways, I'm rambling, so thanks again
