A great video done by Shado, showing all the guts of the tanko along with filling methods and a brief look at how to clean them.

good video man. i'll have to debate you on the blowing vs sucking thing. i mean, i understand the principle...but blowing really does work when i get that atty taste.

Shado, Thank you so much. This explains so much! Now I do have a question. There been so many post stating in the priming process you need to drip .3 ml of juice on the wick, which looks like into the nickel mesh in the tank-atomizer. I not able to tell in your video, but does the wick that run through the heating element draw juice from the e-juice in the nickel mesh or is the heating element just fed from the wick which is in the spike; or both?

Volcano E-Cig are some of the best products out there. Not just cause of the product! But of the community and people like you and all the others here. Please keep it up.

These are just like a normal atty....just a bigger mesh basket....so if we compare this and a volcano atty..the difference and similarites will be:

- the spike is same as a bridge contacting foam in a standard cart
- the spike wick acts like the bridge mesh and delivers juice to the basket
- the basket is a holding tank of sorts
- the coil wick is attached to the basket and this in turn moves juice to the coil.

the .3ml's to prime directly in the atty is up to you...it will pull that amount from the tank when doing an unfired pull on the mouthpiece....just like when puff priming a pipe or cigar....it takes a few pulls to get the cherry hot enough
- Dave - ...LAL...;)

Thanks for explaining everything to us Shado, we really appreciate it. I will let him know you answered him.

And so far after the fresh PF and dripping onto the wick I have not had any burning yucky taste
