Okay I'm confused here,I just ebayed " ULTRAFIRE BRC 18650 3000 mAH Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery" and sellers from China are selling 4 batteries for $8.00 shipping included.

Are these all made in China or the Chinese is knocking off this one too ?

Thanks

we get ours straight from Ultrafire.

Their are many knock offs out there and I have heard some are recycled batteries out of old Laptop battery packs rewrapped and are WAYYYYYY under powered.

So be careful where you buy your batteries and if the deal seems too good to be true... it probably is.

no they are too long to fit in the Chrome v1 or any of the v1 Lavatubes. The Lavatube v2 has more space for the the larger battery.

Okay, so if I were to make an end cap for the v1 or chrome it would be okay to use the 3k mah?
