Shipping Instructions

All shipments will be issued a tracking number for your convenience and if you create an account with us, you will be notified as soon as your package is processed and be able to track those shipments directly from your account dashboard page. Our products are only available to US customers only. Orders are typically received within 3 to 5 business days depending on your shipping method and carrier. If you have any questions about shipping times, we encourage you to visit your carriers website for more information.

* Disclaimer - As much as we wished that all of our shipping carriers worked 365 Days a year; they do not. USPS does ship on Saturday and any orders placed before 8:00 am on Saturday will be shipped the same day. FedEx does not ship on Saturdays and any order placed between Friday, 12:00 noon and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Any orders placed the day before a holiday can be expected to ship the next business day. If there is ever an issue that prevents us from shipping your order within 24 hours, you will be contacted by a customer service representative ahead of time to resolve the issue in a timely manner so that you package can be mailed as soon as possible.

We offer a limited 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials for all of our products and accessories except for atomizers. This is due to the heavy usage and expected lifetime (3 months) of the part. This warranty is subject to the Terms and Conditions of purchase set forth here on our website. The warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by Volcano, is damaged through improper use, normal wear and tear, acts of GOD, negligence and/or abuse.

Due to the fact that our product is a consumable and can not be repackaged or resold like most other electronic devices, we do not offer a full money back guarantee. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your product, we do offer a warranty against any and all manufacturing defects as stipulated above under the warranty section. If you feel that you have received a defective item and would like to initiate a return under the terms of our warranty plan, please contact our customer service desk here.
